What is the £99 Founding Member deal?
The first 50 landlords can pay £99 once and keep the Starter plan for life — up to 5 properties, tenant portal, messaging, unlimited documents and reminders, with no further billing. In exchange, founders agree to share honest feedback and leave a review on Google and Trustpilot within 30 days. Claim it from the Billing page after creating your account; once all 50 spots are claimed, the offer closes and the normal monthly plans apply.
How long is the free trial?
Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. You get full access from the moment you create your account — properties, compliance tracking, the tenant portal, documents and messaging. We don't ask for card details to start.
What happens when the 14 days are up?
You'll be asked to add payment details and your chosen plan starts billing monthly from that day. If you'd rather not continue, cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged — your account drops to the free plan and nothing is deleted.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plans change month to month — upgrade or downgrade from your account at any point, and the new tier applies at the next billing cycle. No contracts, no lock-in.
What happens to my data if I go back to the free plan?
Nothing is deleted. If you drop to Free, properties beyond your first become read-only until you upgrade again. Your compliance history, documents and tenant records all stay safe and intact.
